Each hire will be charged as starting and finishing at our garage unless it is the subject of a fixed charge.
Cancellation on arrival or ‘no show’ by the passenger will be charged for the mileage, time, and expenses involved, subject to a minimum charge of 75% of the normal journey charge.
Where a booking is cancelled within 4 hours of the time the vehicle is required to start out for the pick-up point, we reserve the right to impose a cancellation charge of 75% of the normal journey charge.
For collections from airports, whenever possible we accommodate those incoming flights that arrive earlier than scheduled. However, passengers should be advised that the scheduled landing time is the time at which we contract to be at the airport concerned, unless other arrangements have been requested and agreed.
While we shall make every effort to meet our contractual obligations, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by road conditions, weather, accidents, or any other factors whatsoever over which we have no control.
Where a driver is booked all day and/or all evening, subsistence and out-of-pocket expenses will be charged at cost. Moreover, where a driver is required to stay away overnight, accommodation expenses will be charged at cost plus 10%.
Irrespective of duration of booking, any costs (such as, but not confined to, parking fees, road tolls, bridge tolls, congestion charges or entrance fees) necessarily incurred in the performance of the booking will be charged to the client as incurred.
A charge for rectification of any damage to, or soiling of, the vehicle by, or arising out of the actions of, any passenger will be payable by the client and such charge may extend to compensation for loss of earnings.
Where we make a mobile telephone available to or on behalf of the client, its use will be charged at £0.50 per minute.
All vehicles are well-presented, well-maintained, and covered by fully comprehensive insurance.
All drivers are presentable and courteous. In addition, most have passed the Advanced Driving Test conducted by the Institute of Advanced Motorists.
Where we are to drive the client’s vehicle, we require written confirmation that our driver is fully covered by the client’s insurer for the purposes of that booking. It is the responsibility of the client to make his/her insurer aware of all relevant facts concerning the booking.

Where, at the request of the client, an estate car is provided (for example, to cater for an unusual amount of luggage), the base tariff will be increased by 10%.
PAYMENT is due immediately upon completion of the hire. Where we have agreed to provide account facilities, invoices are to be paid within 14 days of receipt by the client except where special arrangements have been made at, or prior to, the time of booking.
